We make the process simple from start to finish. Our team handles delivery, setup, on-site support, and teardown so you can focus on enjoying the experience. Here’s what to expect when you rent a simulator with Green to Screen.

  • We typically arrive about 90 minutes before your event to get everything in place and tested, ensuring a seamless start for your guests. Once the last shot is taken, our team breaks down the setup in under an hour, leaving the space clean and hassle-free.

  • Our simulator enclosure is 15’ deep x 14’ wide x 11’ high. To ensure a comfortable playing environment and space for spectators, we recommend a minimum area of 18’ x 18’ for outdoor setups and 16’ x 16’ x 12’ for indoor events. This gives players plenty of room to swing freely while guests watch and enjoy. We also require a standard power source.

  • Every rental comes with a complete simulator setup including the enclosure, turf, impact screen, and a high-definition display for spectators. Men’s, women’s, left-handed, and junior club sets are available as an add-on so everyone can join the fun.

  • Our team stays on site from start to finish to make sure everything runs smoothly. Whether you’d like us to act as instructors offering tips, or simply stay in the background to keep things running, we adapt to the level of involvement you prefer. From technical oversight to guest support, we’re there to keep the experience flawless.
